1. Fixed bugs:

1) Backup&restore not working in some PCs.

2) Can’t show log messages in Linksys Logviewer.

2. Remove ICMP log from “Access Log”.

3. Limit the rate of showing log messages when the same type of packet is generated in high frequency during a long time.

4. Fix syslogd bug for Logviewer.
